1. Scope of Custom Structures

KolOutdoors offers custom outdoor structures designed to meet specific size, functional, and environmental requirements. Custom structures may include, but are not limited to, carports, pergolas, garages, sheds, and other outdoor shelter solutions.

All custom structures are produced based on customer-provided specifications and project requirements.

2. Customization Options

Customization options may include:

  • Structure dimensions (length, width, height)

  • Roof type and material

  • Frame material and finish

  • Color selections

  • Wind, snow, and weather load requirements

  • Residential or commercial application

  • Site-specific adjustments

Availability of customization options may vary depending on product type and local regulations.

3. Design Approval

Before production begins, customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all custom specifications, drawings, and details provided by KolOutdoors.

Once design approval is confirmed:

  • Production will proceed according to the approved specifications

  • Changes may not be possible after production has started

4. Production & Lead Time

Custom structures are manufactured to order. Production and delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Complexity of customization

  • Material availability

  • Order volume

  • Destination and logistics conditions

Estimated lead times will be provided prior to order confirmation.

5. Installation Responsibility

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Custom structures are supplied as materials only

  • Installation is the responsibility of the customer or a third-party installer

KolOutdoors may provide installation guidelines or technical support upon request but does not assume responsibility for on-site installation unless explicitly agreed in writing.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of these products:

  • Custom structures are non-returnable

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all specifications before final approval.

7. Compliance & Site Conditions

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Site suitability and preparation

  • Compliance with local building codes, permits, and regulations

KolOutdoors is not responsible for issues arising from non-compliant site conditions or regulatory requirements.

8. Warranty

Custom structures are covered under KolOutdoors’ standard product warranty, unless otherwise stated. Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects only and does not include installation-related issues or misuse.
